IRISE Virtues Project

What are IRISE virtues?
IRISE Virtues align with the IRISE values of integrity, respect, innovation, stewardship, and excellence. The IRISE virtues define what it means to be a Kansas Jayhawk. Our project focuses on IRISE virtues.

Upcoming Opportunities
We are currently seeking faculty, staff, and student participants for our 2026-27 workshops!
We need 15 faculty who are interested in revising or creating a virtues-oriented course.
We are also seeking 10 staff and 10 student group representatives to attend our virtues workshops (two in fall, two in spring). Staff participants will receive a small stipend for participating, and student groups will be eligible to apply for one of two $1000 awards.
